Position Overview: The Human Resources Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the workplace culture at WRNS Studio, influencing our offices across various locations. This leadership position requires collaboration with senior management to develop and implement strategies that attract and retain exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the human resources and administrative departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leaders from various departments, including finance and marketing, to enhance operational efficiency and support a cohesive work environment.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed on industry trends and legal regulations, applying this knowledge to refine policies and practices.
  • Data Analysis: Lead the HR team in analyzing organizational metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Program Administration: Manage human resource programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee wellness.
  • Employee Development: Collaborate with leadership to define staffing strategies and facilitate professional growth opportunities.

Compliance Oversight:

  • Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and necessary policy adjustments.
  • Manage licensure renewals and immigration processes for employees.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in human resource management is essential.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms is preferred.
