About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will partner with our CEO and leadership to scale the business, manage our Finance, People, and Recruiting teams, and ensure that our operations are aligned with our strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growth and Scalability: Identify opportunities for growth and scalability within various functions and develop strategies to support our business growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and work with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Talent and Culture: Oversee the Recruiting and People functions to ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent, and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure all departments are working efficiently and effectively, and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align operational initiatives with overall business objectives and improve cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
Your Strengths

We're looking for a leader with:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in business operations or finance, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a people manager.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to learn and grow, preferably with experience in a growth-stage startup.
  • Ability to align teams on identified metrics.
  • Strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
