Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of People Operations with extensive experience in managing human resources on a global scale. Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement HR strategies that resonate with the company's mission and business goals.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Senior Management to manage hiring requests and ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Employee Relations: Supervise employee relations initiatives, ensuring equitable practices that foster a positive workplace environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  5. Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes to boost employee engagement, development, and retention.
  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations across all operational jurisdictions.
  7. Organizational Development: Spearhead initiatives that cultivate a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation.
  8. HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations, including HRIS management, reporting, analytics, and serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and career development.

Qualifications
