Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of People Operations with extensive experience in managing global HR functions. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving organizational growth while nurturing a positive company culture and enhancing employee experience. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing HR strategies that align with our ambitious growth objectives and promote a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute HR strategies that are in sync with the company's mission and business goals.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and senior management to manage hiring processes and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Employee Relations: Supervise employee relations initiatives, ensuring equitable practices that foster a positive workplace and enhance employee satisfaction.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Work with the Total Rewards team to develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  5. Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes to boost employee engagement, development, and retention.
  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations across all operational jurisdictions.
  7. Organizational Development: Lead initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation.
  8. HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations, including HRIS management, reporting, analytics, and serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and career development.
  9. International Expansion: Provide strategic support for international growth efforts, including the establishment of HR policies and practices in new markets.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: A minimum of 10 years in an HR or People Operations role within the Technology, FinTech, or Financial Services sectors.
  2. International and Domestic HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, including employment law, compliance, and cultural considerations.
  3. Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  4. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
