Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of People Operations with extensive experience in managing global HR functions. In this pivotal role, you will play a significant part in driving our business growth while nurturing an outstanding company culture and enhancing employee experiences. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will be tasked with crafting and implementing HR strategies that align with our ambitious growth objectives and promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute HR strategies that are in sync with the company's mission and business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and senior management to manage hiring requests and ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations: Supervise employee relations initiatives, ensuring equitable practices that foster a positive workplace and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes that promote employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations across all operational jurisdictions.
- Organizational Development: Lead initiatives that cultivate a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation.
- HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations, including HRIS management, reporting, analytics, and serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and career development.
- International Expansion: Provide strategic support for international growth initiatives, including the establishment of HR policies and practices in new markets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within the Technology, FinTech, or Financial Services sectors.
- HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of both international and domestic HR best practices, including employment law, compliance, and cultural considerations.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to devise and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
