Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring availability between 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

A Day in the life of a Medical Receptionist:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will greet all incoming and departing patients and guests. You will assist with checking patient in and out, verifying insurance, data entry, scheduling, and other clerical tasks as assigned. This is a fast-paced environment seeing hundreds of patients a day with 9 providers.

Requirements for the Medical Receptionist:

  • Required: 2+ years as a Medical Receptionist
  • Required: Flu shot and PPD screening
  • Required: Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Required: Must be reliable and a quick learner, able to multitask with accuracy in a busy environment
  • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications for the Medical Receptionist:

  • Preferred: ENT and Surgical experience
  • Preferred: EMR
