We are currently seeking a Client Service Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative assistance to our Account Teams, aligning with our strategic sales objectives. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure satisfaction and contribute to our collective success.

  • Adept at conducting research and data collection.
  • Collaborative mindset to support the sales process alongside clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various web-based technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
  • Open to learning and implementing best practices for sustainable success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external clients, clarifying requisitions and providing updates on ongoing engagements.
  • Manage daily client interactions, lead generation, and organizational mapping.
  • Coordinate interviews with client representatives and consultants, escalating inquiries to the appropriate Account Manager as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Account Teams to ensure client satisfaction, timely responses, and efficient onboarding processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client account information within the Customer Relationship Management System (Bullhorn).
  • Prepare and verify candidate submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary contact for consultants from the initiation of their engagement, ensuring effective communication and updates.
  • Document and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in policies and processes.
  • Provide administrative support for RFPs, client communications, and related activities.
  • Perform data entry for client requisitions and account-related information using Excel and other databases.
  • Research and compile information to assist with order management and meetings.
  • Offer backup support to Account Management as required.

Qualifications

  • A degree in communications, business, or healthcare is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the staffing or consulting industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client communication and interaction.
