We are currently seeking a Client Service Coordinator. This role is essential in providing high-level administrative support to our Account Teams, aligning with strategic sales objectives. The Client Service Coordinator will collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients to ensure satisfaction and timely responses, thereby contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external clients; clarify and update new requisitions and ongoing engagements; prepare and present at team meetings.
- Manage daily interactions with clients, lead generation, and organizational mapping.
- Coordinate interviews with client representatives and clinicians; escalate client inquiries to the appropriate Account Manager as necessary.
- Work in partnership with Recruiting and Account Teams to ensure client satisfaction, prompt responses, efficient onboarding, and issue escalation.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer and client account records in the Customer Relationship Management System (Bullhorn).
- Prepare, review, and submit candidate profiles, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Act as the primary contact for consultants from the engagement's inception, ensuring effective communication and updates throughout their involvement. Document all interactions in Bullhorn and relay information to account and recruiting teams.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent policies and processes for ongoing success.
- Provide administrative assistance in preparing RFPs, conducting monthly client calls, daily meetings, client welcome letters, profiles, and managing industry conference activities.
- Conduct data entry for client requisitions, candidate profiles, and other account-related information using Excel and other databases.
- Gather, research, and compile various information to support order management and internal/external meetings.
- Offer backup support to Account Management as required.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or healthcare is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the staffing or consulting industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in client communication and interaction.
