Position Summary

The Client Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing initial contact and offering assistance to clients seeking ABA therapy. This position demands an individual with exceptional time management skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude towards change.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement and Support

  • Establish initial connections with clients and foster strong relationships with families.
  • Guide families through the diagnostic process and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Handle a significant volume of communication with both new and existing families awaiting diagnosis.
  • Follow up on all logistics-related communications from the initial contact to the completion of assessments.
  • Assess client needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Update statuses on all leads and referrals, reporting positive progress in service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential client records are maintained in relevant systems throughout the intake process.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to facilitate a smooth workflow.
  • Secure necessary signatures on start-of-care documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling of Initial Assessment appointments with families in collaboration with Operations and Clinical teams.

2. Project Participation

  • Engage in significant projects and assist in the implementation of new initiatives and processes.

3. Compliance

  • Adhere to Centria's Code of Conduct, policies, and applicable Federal and State regulations.
  • Report any violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Compensation

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales and/or Healthcare.

Experience

  • Two to three years of experience in inside sales or phone-based roles.
  • Proven track record in successful sales conversations and presentations.

Technical Skills

  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with laptop/desktop PCs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).

Competencies

  • Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
  • Proficient in using computers and software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in PC software, particularly word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Working Conditions

Centria's office operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Additional hours or schedule adjustments may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and meet company objectives.

Physical Requirements

This role may involve physical activities such as bending, reaching, lifting, and moving items up to 30 pounds. The position primarily requires sitting, with occasional walking and standing. Close visual acuity for data analysis on computer screens is also necessary.
