Chief Operating Officer (COO) Opportunity

The Crossroads Center is in search of a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization towards operational excellence. This crucial position will focus on implementing strategic operational frameworks, enhancing managerial practices, and establishing robust administrative procedures to achieve optimal results, foster growth, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee personnel management and provide leadership that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Work alongside the CFO to establish financial goals and strategies that promote growth.
  • Design and execute effective growth initiatives, measurement frameworks, and operational workflows.
  • Deliver precise reports on organizational operations and engage in budgeting and resource management.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and a positive workplace atmosphere, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Act as Compliance Officer, guaranteeing adherence to both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of executive-level operational experience is essential.
  • Experience in Community Behavioral Health is advantageous; Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is required.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, and corporate finance principles.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and public speaking abilities.
  • Capability to perform various physical tasks and utilize office technology.
