Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee personnel and provide leadership in alignment with the organization’s business strategy and vision.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of executive-level operational experience required.
  • Experience in Community Behavioral Health is preferred; Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is mandatory.
  • Strong emphasis on budgeting, financial oversight, and corporate finance principles.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and public speaking abilities.
  • Capability to perform various physical tasks and utilize office equipment.
