Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of executive-level operational experience.
- Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is required.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to present information effectively in public settings.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally may need to walk, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
