VICE PRESIDENT OF GROWTH STRATEGY | REMOTE

The Vice President of Growth Strategy is tasked with overseeing and directing the strategic planning, contracting, marketing, advertising, business development, communications, and relationship management for all clients of Advantus Health Partners (AHP). This role involves formulating pricing strategies and promoting the brand image of AHP through a targeted deployment approach. The Growth Strategy leader will consistently refine and enhance the service offerings and pricing models to ensure the financial sustainability of AHP. In addition to client and customer development, this executive will evaluate and spearhead our investment and partnership strategies to align services and products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

+ Establishes and nurtures relationships with key partner executives to design optimization strategies and comprehensive supply chain initiatives.

+ Leads the identification and monitoring of potential partnerships, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement strategic expense management plans aimed at achieving business objectives.

+ Accountable for achieving all revenue and earnings targets, including earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).

+ Acts as the primary executive for developing, planning, and managing joint business ventures that leverage AHP service offerings, including portfolio management, proposal process management, high-level financial analysis, deal negotiations, and partnership management.

+ Oversees AHP's marketing strategies, channels, and both internal and external communications to bolster business initiatives.

+ Collaborates with the AHP Chief Financial Officer to formulate a capital plan aligned with AHP's strategic goals.

+ Identifies strategic risks and threats, developing plans and policies to mitigate them.

+ Directs and supervises the sales and development teams for AHP.

+ Monitors the execution of business initiatives and strategic plans.

+ Works alongside consultants, special committees, and executives to implement strategies effectively.

+ Develops strategies for expanding the AHP portfolio, identifying opportunities for joint ventures, affiliations, and other investment scenarios.

Licensing/Certification

CBAP Certified Business Analysis Professional International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) (preferred)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required)

Master's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)

Work Experience

10 years of experience in a related field and responsibilities (required)

5 years of experience in a leadership role (required)

3 years of experience as a client account representative (required)
