About the Job

Head of Sales (Fintech/B2C/Payments)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our global sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the fintech industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and revenue growth.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase user acquisition and revenue growth, analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales efforts, and building and managing a high-performance sales team.

The Sales Director will also collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales efforts
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless user experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting
