Job Title: Director/Vice President of Sales

At Starlight Homes, we are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director/Vice President of Sales to lead our Sales Department and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales managers and agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers and agents, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales agents, and other departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on team management and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and positive attitude.
