Job Title: Director of Healthcare Sales

At Diligent Delivery Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Healthcare Sales to lead our team of logistics and operations professionals. This role will focus on sales and customer satisfaction, working closely with our Director of Healthcare Operations to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Healthcare Transportation and Logistics Department to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the launching and stabilization of new business initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Pursue and manage business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build new relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Travel up to 70% to various markets to visit customers, source new business, and analyze and audit current operations processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain environment focused on the Healthcare industry.
  • Proven history of sales achievement and successful track record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships, and people management.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to inspire and develop others, interact with executive level management, and handle multiple accounts with different product direction.
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Solid advanced knowledge of distribution management at a strategic level with an emphasis on sales and demonstrated knowledge of Profit & Loss performance required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and expertise in healthcare program management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
