Job Title: Sales Director

Octagos Health, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Octagos Health's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Travel: Travel to client locations as needed to build and strengthen relationships and close sales.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of sales experience, with a focus on cardiac rhythm management sales.
