We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team. As an Account Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by recruiting local small businesses to join our delivery partner program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Visit prospective businesses to pitch the program opportunity and qualify the business
  • Guide the business through the application process and drive referrals through community organizations
  • Coordinate and execute recruitment events to attract new businesses
  • Work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to achieve sales and recruitment goals

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Field sales experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency
  • Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field
