Position Overview

ADAMS & MARTIN GROUP is currently seeking a Probate Legal Coordinator to enhance our dedicated team. This position is essential in providing comprehensive support to our attorneys and legal staff in the realm of probate law, focusing on trust and estate management as well as related litigation matters. The Probate Legal Coordinator will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting essential documents, facilitating client interactions, and managing various administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding the firm's esteemed reputation for legal excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist legal professionals with in-depth legal research and document drafting
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, judicial entities, and other legal practitioners
  • Organize and oversee legal files and documentation
  • Perform administrative tasks to promote smooth office operations
  • Support the probate law team as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong focus on detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and software is preferred
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is beneficial but not essential
