TEC Equipment, with its headquarters in Portland, Oregon, operates over 30 locations across the Western United States. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and a diverse inventory, including heavy-duty trucks and trailers from leading manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the sales order workflow from customer purchase through to part delivery.
- Assist in mapping the entire parts ordering process to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and strategize routes for Outside Parts Sales.
- Compile reports to analyze sales performance and trends.
- Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Develop and implement customer service surveys to gather feedback.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proven ability to foster and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to meet insurance criteria.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. TEC Equipment offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
