SMB Account Executive

As an SMB Account Executive - Corporate Solutions Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with small and medium-sized businesses. Your primary focus will be on selling corporate solutions for recruitment, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build relationships with SMBs to identify potential opportunities for corporate solutions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and meet or exceed quarterly targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a corporate solutions or recruitment-focused role
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's corporate solutions and ability to communicate their value to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
