About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative - SMB to join our team at ArcBest. As a Business Development Representative - SMB, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized customers across North America, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and sell ArcBest transportation services to small to medium-sized customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take calculated risks
