About the Role

At Summit, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new SMB clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, identifying growth opportunities and proposing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions, needs, and projects, ensuring a strategic approach to account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Development team to provide tailored solutions and support customer expansion initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in SMB sales or account management.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple demands, tasks, and projects independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technological aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate solutions preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
