This is a unique opportunity to join Knoll Inc. as a Channel Relationship Executive, where you will play a critical role in driving sales growth through our dealer platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase MillerKnoll sales through our dealer network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer sales representatives, designers, and project managers to drive MillerKnoll specifications and product sales.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide training and support to dealers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Measure and analyze key business metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize dealer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute product and program launches that drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience, preferably in a dealer direct sales role.
  • Advanced selling skills, including prospect qualification, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, and strategic selling.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
  • Innovative and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to represent Knoll Inc. in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on listening and building relationships.
  • Demonstrated high personal performance standards, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Expertise within a dealer environment, with sales planning capabilities and a thorough knowledge of MillerKnoll products and services.
