Job Description:

As a Channel Sales Account Executive at Aztec, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise and datacenter markets. Your primary focus will be on servicing existing customers and engaging new ones with Broadcom's wide range of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their design platforms and product needs
  • Collaborate with Broadcom Business Units to identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new orders and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Perform regular business reviews and roadmap discussions with customers
Requirements & Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working with partners and customers
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on channel management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility
  • 8+ years of experience in sales or channel management, with a background in engineering, computer science, or business
Compensation and Benefits:

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000, including sales incentive commission and equity opportunities. Aztec offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(K) participation, and employee stock purchase program.
