Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Experis. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will provide expert-level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop-supported applications and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop applications and hardware
- Assist in the preparation and deployment of desktop-supported applications and hardware
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal Service Desk
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve desktop support processes
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with desktop technology, including Windows desktop operating systems, desktop applications, and wireless devices
- Expert-level experience in a Desktop Support position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
