Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Experis. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will provide expert-level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop-supported applications and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop applications and hardware
  • Assist in the preparation and deployment of desktop-supported applications and hardware
  • Escalate complex technical issues to internal Service Desk
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve desktop support processes

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with desktop technology, including Windows desktop operating systems, desktop applications, and wireless devices
  • Expert-level experience in a Desktop Support position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
