Position Summary:

We are in search of a committed and client-oriented Help Desk I professional to enhance our support division. This role involves providing technical assistance to end users and is designated for the 3rd shift.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to users through various communication channels.
  • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve fundamental IT issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Document, track, and manage technical issues to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to execute job responsibilities with minimal independent judgment.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality in a continuous support environment, including availability during holidays and potential adjustments to work hours.

Qualifications:Customer Service Experience:

A minimum of 6 months in a customer service role, preferably in an IT or technical support setting.

Basic IT Troubleshooting:

Understanding of basic IT troubleshooting methodologies.

Call Center Experience:

At least 6 months of experience in a call center, managing customer inquiries and providing assistance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an IT Support Desk or Technical Support Call Center is highly advantageous.
