Key Responsibilities:
- The Technical Customer Support Specialist will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving issues related to surgical loupes via telephone communication.
- This role is crucial in minimizing the need for sales representatives to address problems in the field, as many concerns can be resolved remotely.
- Utilizing multi-line phone systems and tablets, the specialist will handle various technical inquiries.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding order updates and product or pricing details.
- Addresses and resolves both level 1 and level 2 technical challenges over the phone.
Compensation: $20 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Technical expertise is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred but not essential.
