Job Overview

Information Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Help Desk Representative to provide exceptional support to our end users. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer assistance to users on a wide range of technical challenges.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve various technical problems.
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person communications.
  • Document, track, and monitor issues to guarantee timely resolutions.
  • Utilize knowledge of industry-standard practices and procedures to assist users effectively.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Help Desk or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows 10 and MS Office products.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with call tracking software.
  • Experience with Active Directory and LANDesk.
  • Knowledge of smartphones and tablets.
