Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain application systems, troubleshooting issues to guarantee optimal functionality and minimal interruptions.
  • Install, upgrade, and resolve issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Assist users with inquiries and problems, providing first and second-level support while escalating complex matters to senior IT personnel as needed.
  • Deliver remote troubleshooting assistance for various locations.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
  • Document all technical processes and user manuals for supported applications.
  • Educate and assist users on new features and functionalities.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to boost system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in Technical Support or relevant internship experience is preferred. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field may substitute for experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A proactive learning attitude and a desire to acquire new skills through hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with computer networking protocols, hardware, and software (including cabling, routers, switches, firewalls, Access Points, and VPN clients).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
