Position Summary:

We are in search of a committed and service-oriented Help Desk I professional to enhance our support team. This role involves working the third shift and requires onsite presence. As the initial contact for users, you will deliver technical assistance across a range of issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to users through various communication channels.
  • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve fundamental IT challenges, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Record, monitor, and manage technical issues to ensure prompt and effective solutions.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to execute job responsibilities with minimal independent decision-making.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality in a continuous support environment, including potential holiday work and flexible hours.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Background: A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service capacity, preferably in an IT or technical support setting.

Basic IT Troubleshooting Skills: Understanding of fundamental IT troubleshooting techniques and principles.

Call Center Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a call center role, managing customer inquiries and providing assistance.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an IT Support Desk or Technical Support Call Center position is highly advantageous.
