COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $42,000 - $50,000
- PTO: 15 days of paid time off plus 8 paid holidays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Oversee systems and network management, including troubleshooting error codes and resolving workstation issues.
- Manage user accounts in Office 365, including adding and removing users.
- Assign user permissions for specific applications.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, including software upgrades and updates.
- Provide traditional desktop support by addressing trouble tickets.
- Assist with data migration tasks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Associate's Degree in IT, Computer Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support roles.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems implementation and support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT-related certifications are advantageous.
