The Vice President will be an essential contributor to the team, spearheading workstreams and smaller projects across the organization. Projects will differ in scale, duration, and complexity, yielding significant and measurable business value outcomes, and will receive prominent visibility with executive sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, direct, and manage all stages of workstreams or smaller projects; ensure project execution and delivery, foresee challenges and risks, and devise and implement mitigation strategies.
- Construct and uphold comprehensive project plans while managing tactical project necessities, including resources, relationships, and tasks.
- Independently conceptualize and organize analytical plans, driving solutions to challenges through the identification of initial hypotheses and the development of frameworks and methodologies.

- Enhance and design business and operational models, streamline organizational structures, analyze, simplify, redesign, and rationalize process models, and formulate governance and policy programs.
- Identify and evaluate innovation opportunities, uncover new growth avenues, and model new value propositions.
- Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to pinpoint significant opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a leading management consulting firm or equivalent experience within a large financial services organization.
- Previous experience in leading and managing workstreams and small project teams, coordinating and overseeing the activities of multiple analysts in the creation of project deliverables.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for the development of project presentations and deliverables.
- Knowledge and experience within the financial services sector.
- Bachelor's degree with high academic standing in an analytical discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
