Overview:

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced sales director to lead our global sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with key suppliers. This role requires a strong background in chemical sales, prior management experience, and fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive global sales growth through effective strategy implementation
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and maintain mutually beneficial agreements
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in chemical sales
  • Prior sales management experience in the chemicals industry
  • Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in Latin America
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
