About the Role: As a Business Development and Operations Manager at Penske Truck Leasing, you will have the opportunity to take charge of developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts. Your responsibility will be to manage our large inventory of world-class vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dynamic workspace.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role. You should be results-oriented, with attention to detail and good time management skills. A valid driver's license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive our Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck. Willingness to travel as necessary within the district is also required.
