Position Summary
This role requires in-office presence four days a week, with one day designated for remote work. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive business performance evaluations, reporting, and forecasting. This position entails managing and updating financial models and plans, as well as providing insightful financial analysis and projections to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver budget, forecast, and variance analysis along with relevant reports.
- Conduct financial research to assess performance against goals and identify emerging trends.
- Simplify complex reports and analyses for clear communication.
- Develop and maintain statistical and financial databases and reports, ensuring timely generation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Collaborate with team members and lead the Financial Analysts group, while engaging with other departments on special projects as needed.
- Support Comcast Business Operations through detailed analytics of Key Performance Indicators and leading indicators.
- Manage expenses and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee resource planning management.
- Execute additional business operations tasks as required, demonstrating independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, although candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or extensive professional experience may also be considered. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience is required.

Compensation
The primary pay range for this position is between $77,000 and $115,505.15, based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Comcast offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally.
