Position Summary
This role requires a presence in the office four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work. The Comcast Business Expense team is tasked with delivering comprehensive business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting. This position involves the maintenance and enhancement of financial models and plans, providing critical financial analysis and projections to support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and expertise in their field, with the ability to prioritize their workload effectively and serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and sustain financial models, reports, and analytics to inform strategic business decisions.
2. Conduct variance analysis for forecasts and budgets, providing related reports as necessary.
3. Mentor fellow analysts on various projects, setting the standard for the financial analyst team.
4. Present significant financial performance metrics and analyses to leadership at divisional and regional levels.
5. Foster and enhance cross-departmental partnerships through special initiatives.
6. Simplify complex reports and analyses, providing clear rationale and understanding.
7. Execute additional Business Operations tasks as required.
8. Regularly demonstrate independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
9. Maintain consistent and punctual attendance, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Education Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. However, Comcast may also consider candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or those with extensive professional experience in related fields.

Relevant Work Experience
5-7 years in a related field.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $77,000 - $115,505.15. Comcast intends to offer a base pay within this range, influenced by job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one component of the Total Rewards package that Comcast provides to recognize and compensate employees for their contributions. Most sales roles may qualify for commission under applicable plans, while most non-sales roles may be eligible for bonuses. Comcast also offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally throughout their careers.
