  • Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of daily office operations, including scheduling, insurance claims processing (Dentrix eClaims), patient refunds, and employee timekeeping for payroll.
  • Financial Management: Oversee dental supply procurement, implement cost-saving strategies, and collaborate with senior management to analyze office performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Human Resources: Handle HR-related matters for the office, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Patient Focus: Prioritize patient satisfaction by coordinating care, addressing concerns, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for every individual.

This is an hourly position requiring 40 hours per week. Prior dental office management experience is highly preferred.
