Role Summary
This position requires in-office attendance four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work. The primary responsibility is to develop analytical frameworks that elucidate the underlying factors influencing multi-billion dollar Residential Revenue Profit and Loss. This includes identifying and articulating critical insights through comprehensive business performance evaluations, financial modeling, and collaboration across different departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and sustain financial models, reports, and analytics to inform strategic business decisions and enhance revenue initiatives.
- Proactively assess, quantify, and summarize risks and opportunities affecting revenue performance and forecasts.
- Deliver essential financial insights, performance summaries, and ad hoc analyses to senior leadership across divisions and regions.
- Conduct variance analysis related to forecasts and budgets, providing necessary reports.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify data and analytical requirements, developing technical specifications accordingly.
- Integrate data from various sources to complete comprehensive analyses.
- Execute in-depth analyses to uncover the reasons behind performance metrics, identifying customer activity revenue drivers and significant insights.
- Identify and communicate key business drivers through exploratory data analysis, coordinating with multiple business units.
- Review and evaluate revenue performance, preparing and presenting forecast and budget analyses.
- Foster and enhance cross-functional partnerships through special projects and revenue strategy analytics.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, data-driven discussions, intellectual curiosity, and teamwork.
- Mentor and support fellow analysts on various projects, setting a high standard for the financial analyst team.
- Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion/Essbase is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Perform additional business operations tasks as required.

Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. However, Comcast may also consider candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or extensive professional experience in related fields.
- Relevant work experience of 5-7 years is required.
