Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Manufacturing Finance to become a vital member of our expanding team.

This role will spearhead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and act as a key business partner to our Manufacturing Operations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, operational KPIs, and process enhancements that support production and supply chain initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders, facilitating informed strategic decisions.
  2. Conduct regular financial reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, alongside operational data and KPIs.
  3. Foster a responsible financial culture on-site, engaging all plant leadership with training and support.
  4. Lead financial planning activities with Manufacturing partners across various sites, including Long-Range Planning, Annual Operating Plans, and Quarterly Forecasts.
  5. Collaborate with local leadership to create site-specific budgets and assist shop managers in achieving financial and operational goals.
  6. Support Manufacturing Programs by developing unit cost forecasting models and aggregating performance data for cost reduction initiatives.
  7. Assist Supply Chain with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, contributing to demand forecasts and capacity planning.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations, maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing general ledger.
  9. Implement performance metrics and collaborate with site leadership on continuous improvement projects.
  10. Work closely with Corporate FP&A to consolidate site budgets and performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  11. Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Managerial/Cost Accounting, ideally within the Aviation/Aerospace sector.

A minimum of 4 years in a Manufacturing Finance role; experience in Additive Manufacturing is advantageous.

Proficient in advanced Excel skills, with the ability to develop sophisticated financial models from the ground up.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; an MBA is preferred.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and relevant policies.

Experience with accounting software and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is essential; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
