Position Summary
This role requires in-office presence four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with conducting comprehensive business performance assessments, reporting, and forecasting. You will manage various financial datasets, ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of financial models and strategic plans. Your analyses and projections will support organizational objectives at all levels, leveraging your extensive expertise in the field. You will typically set your own priorities and serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver budget, forecast, and variance analyses along with necessary reports.
  • Conduct financial research, evaluate performance against targets, and identify emerging financial trends.
  • Provide clear explanations of reports and analyses, simplifying complex information.
  • Develop and maintain statistical and financial databases, generating regular reports.
  • Collaborate as a team member, guiding the Financial Analysts group and working with other departments on special projects as needed.
  • Execute additional Business Operations tasks as required.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Overview

The primary pay range for this position is between $77,000 and $115,505.15. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance is preferred. However, candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience, or extensive professional experience in related fields, may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

5-7 years of relevant work experience is required.
