Job Summary
This position requires in-office attendance four days a week, with one day designated for remote work. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for delivering comprehensive business performance evaluations, reporting, and forecasting. This role involves maintaining and updating financial models and plans, as well as providing financial insights and projections to support various business objectives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct budget, forecast, and variance analysis, generating related reports as necessary.
2. Perform financial research to analyze performance against set objectives and identify emerging financial trends.
3. Simplify complex reports and analyses to ensure clarity and understanding across all levels of the organization.
4. Develop and maintain statistical and financial databases, producing regular reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
5. Collaborate with team members, setting a proactive pace for the Financial Analysts team, and engaging with other departments on special projects as required.
6. Undertake additional business operations tasks as needed, exercising independent judgment in significant matters.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is between $77,000 and $115,505.15, with base pay determined by job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive bonuses or commissions based on performance.

Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance is preferred. However, candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience, or extensive professional experience, may also be considered.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience is required.
