As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.

Role Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the sales team's performance by streamlining sales workflows, overseeing CRM systems, and delivering insightful data analysis. This position is essential for ensuring the sales organization operates efficiently and effectively through strategic evaluation and the adoption of best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and advanced technical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of sales operations. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance sales workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish and implement best practices, standardized procedures, and documentation
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the sales process
  • Administer and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM
  • Configure and manage CRM workflows, automation, and integrations with other platforms
  • Create regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports and dashboards
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to guide strategic decisions
  • Support the sales team with daily operational tasks, including pipeline management, territory planning, and quota setting
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to empower the sales team in utilizing tools and processes effectively
  • Assist in the rollout of sales enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to formulate accurate sales forecasts and targets
  • Monitor sales performance against objectives and offer recommendations for adjustments
  • Contribute to the development of sales compensation plans and incentive programs
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments
  • Engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales operations
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and systems
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve sales productivity and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems and developing effective solutions
  • Preferred but not required: HubSpot Certification, or similar credentials

What We Offer

  • Compensation range for this role: $80,000 - $110,000 base salary plus sales-based commission structure
