Position Overview:
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR team for ongoing projects and assignments.
2. Compile and organize training materials and talent review documentation, while tracking performance management activities.
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and temporary staff.
4. Communicate company policies and procedures effectively to all employees.
5. Maintain training and compliance systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of activities.
6. Prepare and manage various employment-related documentation, including notices and reports.
7. Assist in the preparation of departmental metrics and reports, including EEO and Affirmative Action data.
8. Support the HR Business Partner and Staffing Manager in maintaining corporate policies and documentation.
9. Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and systems, assisting in the development of user guidelines.
10. Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- Preferred certifications: PHR or SHRM CP.
- At least two years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or recruitment role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Performance Management Systems, or Learning Management Systems.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR programs and functions.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to implement HR processes and projects effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
