Gunner offers a paid two-week training program as part of our onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • No Door-to-Door Sales – Company-Provided Leads
  • Effectively communicate Gunner's products and services to both new and existing homeowners
  • Travel within designated areas to conduct on-site evaluations and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate efficiently as part of a team or independently
  • Participate in company and team meetings
  • Generate appointments while educating customers on home improvement possibilities
  • Manage, nurture, and close a high-volume sales pipeline
  • Track data and analytics for performance evaluation

Qualifications:

  • Prior Sales Experience Required
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact
  • Exceptional communication and listening abilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to organize and manage personal schedules effectively
  • Unwavering drive to succeed coupled with a positive attitude
  • Charisma, humor, and interpersonal skills are essential
