We are seeking a detail-oriented Chargeback Operations Specialist to join our team at Compunnel Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of chargeback processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and authenticate debit memos related to chargebacks utilizing Model N Flex.
  • Address and rectify chargeback discrepancies while maintaining daily communication with wholesalers.
  • Evaluate chargeback accounts alongside indirect sales metrics.
  • Deliver trend assessments and communicate insights to management.
  • Foster relationships with wholesalers and facilitate conference discussions.
  • Conduct audits and reconcile differences between rebate claims and chargebacks.
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues with Model N and EDI.

Qualifications:

Chargeback Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing chargebacks and proficiency with Model N Revenue Software.

Analytical Tools: Skilled in using SAP BI, Power BI, and Excel for report generation and data analysis.

Client Engagement: Proven track record of effective client interaction and relationship management.

Audit Knowledge: Understanding of audit processes and experience in audit-related responsibilities.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
