Position Summary
The Revenue Operations Associate will be integral in supporting the sales division by refining sales workflows, overseeing CRM platforms, and delivering insightful data analysis. This role demands a meticulous and analytical professional with robust technical capabilities and a comprehensive grasp of sales operations. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work onsite for two days each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and enhance sales workflows to boost productivity
  • Establish best practices and uniform procedures
  • Manage and support the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Create sales performance reports and dashboards
  • Offer actionable insights to sales management
  • Assist with the daily operational requirements of the sales division
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure coherence
  • Keep abreast of industry developments in sales operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or business analysis
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Strong Excel capabilities and familiarity with data analysis tools
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
