This position is essential for rectifying chargeback discrepancies, overseeing chargeback accounts, and guaranteeing precise data for sales and profitability assessments. The specialist will collaborate with wholesalers and internal teams, providing insights and reducing revenue loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and process daily chargebacks in Model N Flex, ensuring precision.
  • Engage with wholesalers and internal departments to address and resolve issues.
  • Evaluate indirect sales data and communicate trends to management.
  • Foster relationships with wholesalers, conducting regular meetings.
  • Assist in audit procedures and rectify discrepancies.
  • Identify and facilitate solutions for system-related challenges.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in Model N Flex chargeback processing.
  • Familiarity with X-ray in Flex.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP BI Reporting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to operate independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or pharmaceutical environment, focusing on chargeback analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Model N Flex and SAP BI Reporting is a plus.
