Position Overview
The Revenue Operations Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the sales team's performance by streamlining sales processes, overseeing CRM systems, and delivering data-driven insights.

This position is vital for ensuring the sales organization operates efficiently and effectively through strategic analysis and the adoption of best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement standardized practices, processes, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the sales workflow.
- Maintain and manage the CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Configure and oversee CRM workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Provide actionable insights to sales leadership for informed strategic decisions.
- Assist the sales team with daily operational needs, including pipeline management and territory planning.
- Develop and deliver training resources to support the sales team in effectively utilizing tools and processes.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and targets.
- Monitor sales performance against established goals and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Support the development of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive in identifying problems and developing effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Certification or similar credentials.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 plus a sales-based commission structure.
