Job Summary

Timpte Inc is seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our aftermarket sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute tactical and strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
    • Travel extensively to meet with customers, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize market penetration
  • Product Development and Marketing
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
    • Develop and implement sales programs and promotions to drive sales growth
    • Research and communicate new market and product opportunities to senior management
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members have the skills and resources needed to succeed
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of sales experience
    • Proven track record of sales success in related industries, including semi-trailer, equipment trailer, textile products, dry bulk commodity, or AG and marine related industries
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to travel extensively, with overnight stays up to 50% of the time
    • Valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation
