National Sales Director

Timpte Inc is seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our aftermarket sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute tactical and strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Travel extensively to meet with customers, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize market penetration
- Product Development and Marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
- Develop and implement sales programs and promotions to drive sales growth
- Research and communicate new market and product opportunities to senior management
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members have the skills and resources needed to succeed
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success in related industries, including semi-trailer, equipment trailer, textile products, dry bulk commodity, or AG and marine related industries
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel extensively, with overnight stays up to 50% of the time
- Valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation
